Guest access
Entire property, including the private backyard, is available for guest access. Driveway allows for 3 cars, tandem parking.

We have 1 LIVE security camera outside watching the entrance into the property (Doorbell camera). There is NO video surveillance monitoring on the interior of the house.
This home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. The device measures decibel levels; it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.
Although we are extremely excited to welcome you and your friends/family into our home, this is NOT a party or events space.
No smoking allowed inside or on premises. Violators of this policy will be fined up to $1,000.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund and you and your guests will be asked to leave immediately upon violation of the above house rules.
